We are in the place where there is cool atmosphere. The gigantic Rain tree and the mango grove is a main attraction. The boat trip to Ernakulam main city and back to Fort Cochin is really wonderful experience, the balcony with a garden view, the open terrace with a green view is perfect for yoga, exercise, reading, painting etc. makes the tourist stay more comfortable. We are having both A/C and non-A/C rooms at affordable rates.

Amidst the picture perfect small homes around the town, this is place is one of the few properties that will win your heart. The Owner, Mr. Thomas is a very friendly and helpful person, always there for you with a smile. We stayed here for one night and he made sure how to make the best of it at Fort Cochin. The rooms where we stayed was on the ground floor. It was very basic but OK to fit in for a day. The only thing that I was not comfortable with was the small bathroom. It was too small to take a shower properly. And the basin was also very tiny. But in a place like Fort Cochin, if you are staying for a short duration, I am sure any hotel or home stay will be the one place where you will only come back to sleep. The town has a lot to offer to the tourists. Nonetheless, I found a lot of families staying in this properties with their children. So this is probably a kid friendly place for families traveling with their toddlers.
We didn't have any meal here so can't really tell about the arrangements. But there are lot of good restaurants around the corners of the property. Besides, if Fort Cochin is your first destination in Kerala, Mr. Thomas can offer you a range of tour plans to explore God's Own Country thoroughly.

This place is so well located that you can walk to any place of fort Kochin from here. A nice, calm and clean homestay run by wonderful host Thomas. Always smiling and always helpful. This is one stop for everything you want to know and do in Fort Kochi.

This is the best budget Homestay in Cochin.
Mr Thomos(owner) , he is awesome and very helpful. He explained about Cochin very well. Rooms were clean and good. Next time if I go to Cochin I will stay here only. Near by all major sight seeing places.

situated in a perfect place near almost all attractive tourist places.. the host was kind and gentle. We could go for a traditional boat ride that can be arranged by the host. Overall an nice experience for a very less price.

We enjoyed the cooking session there. Nice people with warm hearts. They even ask you for your favorite food to cook for you. Feeling at home, really. They sit down with you as if you were last of the family. I guess the homestay is also very good. The only one
