Stayed here the frst time in 2010 when it was newish and nice but since then nothing has been done to maintain the property.
Linen are extremely dirty, pillow cases have blood marks, if you look underneath the blanket it is all full of someone elses' hair(s).
Safe not working. Towels are old. Cupboard is dirty. Mattress is completely worn out. Wifi not working. Cups in the room still have the previous guests' drink in it.
This was definitely my last stay here.

Located close to shopping centers, mall, restaurants etc. No idea why the gates are closed if you have to take your vehicle inside. Actually, it was inconvenient to park the vehicle outside the premises. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean and compact, bathroom showing signs of ageing and in need of repair. Food was good still place for improvement. Buffet breakfast was okish. Overall a satisfying stay. Place has great potential.

Truly we enjoyed this hotel, located in Viman nagar, we called the desk top manager who arranged us a cab to visit local places within the Pune city, a very nice and well cooperative manager, the staff are very polite, the food was very much delicious, the wifi was fast approaching, the rooms and the bath room was very neat overall enjoyed in this Hotel.

Terrible Service. AC not operational in the room for 6 hours. Room change promised but not done till I insisted. Guest Service Directly not available. Finally a torn one with half pages missing provided after two to three reminders. Hot Water not available in the room. Toilet flush broken. Room service - people not available to take orders. Two to three reminders needed for a call back after 15-20 min both during the day and in the night. This is not what is expected from an ITC Group Hotel even from its Budget Chain.

A nice comfortable business hotel at Viman Nagar pune, near to airport
Nice bed, good breakfast n over all a pleasant service with a smile
Check in was quick n check out too
Recommended for even family too
