I have been traveling a lot lately, and been remiss in keeping up-to-date with reviews. However, I had to remark on the absolutely spectacular customer service experience we had at the Four Points Cocoa Beach. To be sure, rooms are average - the hotel is a little worse for the wear (I think they must get a tremendous amount of cruise traffic) but the rooms are spotless - clean, and even smelled nice! While the rooms are average, the staff is remarkable. Patient, considerate, incredibly helpful and above all, very real. It is very hard to find the balance between being cozily familiar and over-the-top. But it has been mastered by this staff. If you are spending time on the Space Coast, spend it here. We'll definitely be back next year!

Shannon at the front desk is amazing.....so friendly and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. She picked up the slack for Hayley at the front desk who was extremely rude upon arrival. Amber at the bar was very accommodating and provided great customer service. She rocks. The food was excellent and thanked Patrick from the kitchen for that. It was a wonderful stay and all of these particular staff need to be commended for going above and beyond!

I have been staying at this hotel as a business traveler for the last 2 weeks. I am a lifetime platinum member with Marriott, and I usually stay at Marriott hotels.I decided to this here after a colleague's recommendation. This is the best thing I did. From the your first encounter at the hotel desk, the staff have the friendliest encounters you will always remember as a traveler. Shannon and Shree at the front desk are amazing, and they are not only so friendly, professional, and caring, they go above and beyond to accommodate your every need. I have been super impressed with the staff. The hotel is very clean, has a resturant, Starbucks, and a surf shop, and its close location to the beach. This has been an outstanding experience for me so far. I highly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Cocoa Beach.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The staff was great! It was the first hotel of our honeymoon and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much!
Great location if you want to surf or visit the Kennedy Space Centre.

Great hotel, fabulous bar/ restaurant. Huge surf shop and store. Great prices and variety. Every staff member greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. Awesome stay! Highly recommended. Near the pier and beach.
