Nice stop over on a road trip. Breakfast is nice and plenty. Service is attentative and good, but at times a litle slow. Rooms are nice and big. Overall a good place to stay at an affordable price level.

Stayed there for a week. Good hotel. Few tips:
1. SPG floors have good coffee. Service elevator does not require card :)
2. Don't order steak in the bar - not edible. The best he in the restaurant on the first level is excellent. Can't figure why - I think they are using the same kitchen.
3. When checking in, go directly into the underground parking - there is no street parking anywhere;
4. Service elevator is an option :)

I stayed twice in the hotel, I must point out that it is very comfortable, the lobby bar works perfect, the rooms beautifully presented and with a spectacular view of the city. Free and secure parking.
The black spot is gymnastics, external users climb the elevator sweating, it makes it very unpleasant.

Like every chain hotel, promises more that it can achieve. It shares the building with the local casino and a gym
The beginning would be the parking: a hidden gate on Colo Colo street, it's a narrow tunnel that if you have a Ford F150, you shouldn't go in if you are going to have to go out in a hurry, with just about 20 parking spot, if you park there, don't move your car if you don't need to.
Elevators: always busy, they are tiny, no more than 5 person can fit in them, officially there are just two, but as usual, there is the service one. They are busy because they have to handle with the guest plus the gym users (if they want to lose weight, they should use the stairs).
Reception: it's on the third floor (again, you share elevator with sweaty gym rats) has a little business center and a small bar and restaurant, service is slow though.
Rooms: they are great, just nine of them per room, you are plenty of space, on a comfortable bed, huge desk, nice bathtub where you can have a nice bubble bath a fair minibar and air conditioning that maids tend to switch off after the cleaning.
Special point is the location, in the heart of this town, just by the mall and the main square.

We staid at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel has secure parking and has access to both the casino and a very good gym. Los Angeles is not a tourist destination and the town is tired and not very tourist friendly.
Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. There is good WiFi throughout the hotel and it is included in the room cost. The room was quiet and of a nice size, the bathroom had a bath and a shower. The room and bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast was a large buffet and the food was nice and fresh. We had a special dietary need and the staff were very helpful to ensure our needs were satisfied. Thank you.
The hotel is right next to the mall and food supermarket and a 3 minute walk to most of the good places to eat.
