Beds were exceptionally comfortable! Front desk staff was amazingly helpful! Shuttle driver Jeff the Great was GREAT, as was the evening driver, can’t remember her name but she was a sweetheart! ❤️ Breakfast was awesome..Chef is an amazing cook! The Manager on duty (from Puerto Rico) very attentive to patrons and hotels needs! We will definitely be back to this location in the near future! We loved everything about this hotel! Thanks for an amazing stay!

I needed 1 more SPG stay to get to the next level and something close to the airport so this fit the bill. It is fairly dated. The rooms aren't very quiet. I didn't really care for this hotel, but I wasn't in it much as I had events late into the evening and left very early. I probably wouldn't stay here again if I returned to the same area. My manager and colleagues made fun of my choice, but then understood why... just needed the stay to level up in SPG program.

Access to the hotel from the airport and Mall of America was very simple. The hotel had good amenities and an incredible bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Though the room was neat and clean, the carpets needed to be cleaned. They had obvious stains which can easily happen, but not pretty.

I stayed here the night before an early morning flight out of MSP. Hotel had shuttle service to MSP every 30 minutes -- and the shuttle was quick and on time - took maybe 15 minutes door to door in light traffic. Room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. No problems with noise. Didn't try the breakfast offerings - had to leave too early.
Location is just off of 494 -- a few restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.
Friendly woman staffing the front desk had a great sense of humor, as did the shuttle driver.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and nice, the bed solid. The restaurant was so far above expectations, great food! Was there during the World Series and the bar was fun.
