Once you walk in, the staff is quick to great you and the check-in is smooth and friendly. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Lomo saltado and aji de gallina is delicious in the restaurant. As a breakfast lover, I could not get enough of their delicious breakfast. The restaurant staff are super friendly, too. The location is walkable to many, many restaurants and stores. The park of love, miraflores boardwalk, and makaha beach is about 10-20 mins away. Highly recommend.

I was genuinely amazed at the level of service I received at this hotel! The front desk was very quick and responsive to our needs, and to a major issue with our room that was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast service staff was outstanding, and poured my coffee each time even when we insisted we could do it on our own. I really was quite impressed with this staff all around. The hotel itself is in good shape, room well spotted, very close to Larco and Kennedy Park. Will definitely return!

All Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. For The Breakfast Buffet, varieties were great but it was very tasty and if you are an egg lover, you can order various types of egg. In terms of Location, this hotel is situated in a very good location, there are lots and lots of cafe and restaurant around the Hotel. A quick 3 minute walk and you are on the main street of Mira Flores where there are also tons and tons of shops and restaurant. About a 1 km walk (Which we took) and you are at the beach front with a large shopping center. Overall, If its your first time in Lima, I would recommend this Hotel.

This a a very nice hotel in Miraflores. I dont know if it is new, but it looks like. Very good service, people are really helpfull. Great restaurente with many choices, and veru goos breakfast (i liked irt very much!!!).
Room was superb, being a gold member I was upgraded to a Suite un 11th fllor, really beatifull, new, clean, confortable, !!!
The only thing I dont like is the Shampoo/Conditioner/soap "containers" in the tube. I like regular amenities..!
Excelente choice for a great price.

Stayed here as a last minute emergency trip back home. This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Service was amazing, the food was even better. The room was very clean, little to no noise, beds super comfortable, overall, I would consider this a 5 star hotel any day.
Stayed in room 312 for 7 days and let me tell you, these guys make you feel at home. Making sure your every need is complete. Whether you only need new towels or want to order Lomo Saltado on the Wok at 3:00am...they got you!
The food was amazing. The Lomo Saltado on the Wok, 10/10. Had to have it twice. The Aji de Gallina, 10/10.The Club Sandwich, 10/10. They had a dessert that I can't really remember the name but it was delicious. The Chilcano (Pisco and Ginger Ale) is really good. Mario and his crew down at the restaurant and bar won't let you leave unhappy.
The hotel is located really close to Parque Kennedy, famous for the cat life in the park, the park is surrounded by restaurants from McDonald's to AMAZING La Lucha. Plenty of nightlife and dinning options too.
We didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop bar because it was booked for an event, but it's on the list of things to do!
I'd stay here again. No question about it.
