It's not hard to tell that this is an older hotel that was purchased and re branded.
This is just an ok hotel and not what you'd expect from a Sheraton.
Very disappointing.
However the staff was very nice and assisted with everything.

They have blitzed and refreshened an old property trying to make it look new. The location along the river is nice, however, I got a lovely view of the parking lot. The rooms are average, and sorry to say, not the cleanest. I had a handicapped room, and there was mold under the shower seat. The mattress was well past it's life cycle and the springs creaked loudly every time I turned. Breakfast was good, but expensive. $15 for a standard buffet that would have been free at many comparable hotels.

I was please with this hotel. Really nice bathroom in the deluxe king suite. Free parking,close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.Breakfast was ok but dishwasher didn't clean glasses or cups to well.This place is probably really hopping in summer. Looks like a great spot. Took us 12-15 min to get to Canada. Wow The falls are breathtaking. Have fun.

The exterior of the hotel looks old but when you get inside the room and the lobby will change your first impressions. Although the location was not a perfect one to showcase Buffalo, NY for first timer. Still the river on the other side can change the moods. The houskeeper who clean our room did a good job eventhough she didn't refill our body wash but its fine since I brought one. The FD are Great and helpful!! Thank you all for the great experience..

Booked a deluxe room for two nights. Under the impression that we booked a suite. Upgraded at no charge to us. Pet friendly which is a huge plus. Convenient location. The front desk staff was amazing--very nice, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Would definitely return again!
