WARNING Don't use their airport shuttle!!

This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! They offer a park and fly deal to stay here and leave your car which includes a shuttle to the airport, but what they don't tell you is that you will be waiting forever at the airport for the shuttle to pick you up. They only have one shuttle and they are about 20 miles away from the airport. They totally SUCK!!! For one thing, they don't have regular shuttle pick up service, which they don't tell you when you book or check in, just when you are on your way to the airport. So, you have to call when you land, but if you call before you get your bags from baggage claim they make you CALL AGAIN!! Oh, and unfortunately you just missed the shuttle by 5 minutes!!!! WE WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR SHOULD YOU. The hotel isn't even nice for a Sheraton 4 Points!!!

Stayed on short notice for one night. Staff pleasant, but found rooms small, with tiny bathroom that door barely cleared the toilet. The ceiling also short in shower area, with shower head low for a tall person and slow heating up.No working bathroom fan so bathroom mirrors steam up, and no mirror for make-up function.

I was recently hired by a client to film a 60th wedding Anniversary. I drove to Tempe AZ to the Sheraton 4 Points Hotel and 8 hour drive! My wife, who is handicapped and myself a Marine Corp Vet went to the front desk on the evening of November 3rd. I said that we have reservations and that we had just driven 8 hours and we were tired, hungry and thirsty. The woman at the front desk asked for ID and a credit card in which I replied " Here's my ID but that the room was on my clients credit card", in which she replied, "The credit card owner had to verify", even though we had a confirmation number. At this point my wife was in tears because she was hurting and needed to lie down. So I asked to speak with the Hotel manager and in a few minutes the phone at the front desk rung, she handed the phone to me because the Hotel Manager, Aaron Franklin was off work on a Friday night. So I told Franklin our situation and he cold and calussly said there was nothing he could do! So I said I'm going to have to report this to Tripadvisor and hung up. He called back and cancelled our reservation that according to the woman at the front desk was on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Finally I got ahold of my client, who had flown in from Texas for this event and explained everything. He came down and wanted to know why the reservation was cancelled and she replied that there was no reservation even after telling me initially that there was, plus my client had a confirmation number. She called the Sheriff and we all had to leave! This is The HOTEL FROM HELL!!!
Do not stay here under any circumstances, especially any former Marine brothers and sisters! I give this Hotel (if I could a minus 10) No complimentary drink or appetizer while we were figuring things out just Mean Cold Shoulder from an immature staff that doesn't know how to handle the public. Aaron Franklin acted like an angry little Girl that got her feelings hurt all because I was going to report his sub standard service!

Hotel situated very close to I-10 but absolutely no traffic noise in room. Easy access in about 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Very clean room with fridge, iron, flat panel tv, safe, coffee machine. Hinge broken on decorative door covering fridge.
Very comfortable bed and quality linen.
Safeway and drivethru ATM nearby. Arizona Mills Mall 5 minute drive north and Phoenix Premium Outlets 10 minutes south.
Friendly staff with efficient check in and out - much appreciated when you have been awake for 21 hours!
$12 buffet breakfast is reasonable value.
Hotel car park gets busier at weekends when more locals arrive for weekend breaks, weddings etc.
I would stay again if in the area.
A dismal failure

Problems started with a slow check in and went down hill from there.
Poor service. Rowdy crowds at 2:30 AM allowed to disrupt everyone’s sleep.
Unregistered barking dogs made noise day and night.
Housekeeping unable to understand request for more towels or shampoo.
Not a place I will return to.
