My husband, daughter and I stayed at this hotel two weekends in a row in October 2017. We like how quiet, cozy and relaxing it was. The rooms were amazing. We were able to supervised the birthday party appropriately, due to the joining rooms! The staff was great especially Jasmine Boatwright! She always had a smile on her face, was very jolly and positive! I would definitely come back to this hotel. I'm not a huge fan of elevators but I loved this one! You are able to see the property while in the elevator! Fancy!!!!

The hotel is absolutely lovely the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room fully staffed and clean her name was Latonya we receive a free coupon for breakfast our waiter and waitress was very helpful there tended to all our needs and the cook did special orders we was so appreciative for the service they rendered their names are Dallas, Frey and Farid I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and would love to come and stay again maybe on a vacation thank you so much Doreen Brown

On 10/19 I visited the Four Points and I was welcomed by Jasmine. She was very receptive and answered all my questions. She was helpful for recommending what was good in the cafe as well. I loved the service so much I book myself there on 10/23 and got great service from Jennifer. She asked me about my last visit and if there was anything that she could do to make it better. I also hope pumpkin 8 won.

My husband and I stay at this hotel once a month when we are in Midlothian. It is lovely property, immaculate, great staff, nice restaurant and the BEDS ARE AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. The pillows are so wonderful that we went home and ordered 4 of them for ourselves. If you are in the area I would definitely try this hotel

It was a pleasure to return to Four Points with our grand kids. They love the rooms. the room service and of course the heated pool. From the moment you arrive the folks at this hotel make you feel special. I want to give a special thank you to Jennifer at the front desk who made sure I received all of my Platinum benefits and was very professional and kind. Also Julian and Stan were very helpful in assisting us. We have so much fun here and will return!
