I found the hotel a very nice destination.
Maybe not a 4 star hotel, but a solid 3 star.
Very convenient location for our needs, with a comfortable bed, pool and spa.
The hot breakfast was enjoyable and the staff helpful.
I would stay here again, especially with an affordable rate I booked through Expedia.

As an SPG member, I usually pick Sheratons or Westin’s and find them clean and comfortable. This was not. The walls are paper thin, my refrigerator was humming off and on keeping me up all night and the staff seemed pretty lethargic about service. You know you’re in trouble when you ask the front desk person for a restaurant recommendation and she suggests mall sushi or Applebee’s. Went to grab glass of wine at the lobby bar, there was no bartender for 15 minutes. Had to go find her in the kitchen. And when I asked for help finding the hard to find fitness center, the overnight front desk man sat right where he was, watching tv, and pointed with his finger. I get it. This is not San Francisco, but they need to try a little bit harder. Won’t be back.

Our stay was good. Quiet, clean, fairly reasonable price. But hotel needs a lil work. When you come off the elevator, no signs giving room directions. Air conditioner unit was a little questionable looking but it did work. Would probably stay again.

Generally very nice. Exterior looks a bit like a cinder block industrial park or something and isn't very well signed. Right off freeway. Inside its welcoming. Nice bar. Rooms are pretty nice actually. Not a high end hotel but pretty decent for what it is. A bunch of those vertical patio heaters outside on well lit patio.
Bed is great with heavy comforter and nice sheets. No feather pillows though. Slept great.
Wall Unit not connected to A/C unit even though sign says it is. Oh well. Worked fine.
Lots of outlets, both at the desk and on each side of the bed.
Decent Desk. Slightly uncomfortable chair, but acceptable.
Tub is fine. The usual stupid FP dispenser for shampoo etc.
Mini Microwave and largish fridge with a mini freezer.
Ice machines work.
Wi-fi is awesome.
Near a bunch of restaurants and there's a Walgreens and Safeway pretty close by.

We booked a few rooms here for our wedding. The rooms were decent and the pool area was great for our large group to hang out late at night. There's a grocery store and restaurants across the street which is convenient. All in all, a good place for a short stay.
