I have a deep impression of this hotel - not just because it has clean room and comfy bedding, as well as an inviting spread of breakfast buffet, most importantly, it has honest staff that I am grateful of. On the day of checking out, I absentmindedly left my diamond ring on the table of the guest room and only realized it an hour later. It was really a relief that the staff said they found it when I called them! When I returned to the hotel in later afternoon to pick up the lost item, the staff at the reception said with confidence that the items left in the hotel are usually found and returned to the owners. A big thank you to the staff!

This hotel has great reasonably priced rooms and the staff could not be friendlier. They looked after our bags all day while we climbed Tai Shan. Only minor down side is that it is still a bit of a walk to the start of the Tai Shan from the hotel.

This Four Points is as good as any Sheraton in the US. Nice and comfortable room with adequate furniture. Clean and spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The hotel offers great Chinese-style buffet breakfast for about $8 a person. What impressed me the most is the staff, warm and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

It was my first time staying in this hotel and I would like to point out that the staff were the friendliest ever I have encountered in an SPG hotel. Especially Naomi who checked me in. The process was smooth and she took great care of my needs. The rest of the staff were friendly and smiling all the time, contributing to a pleasant stay I had there. The hotel has two lakes: one in front of it and one in the back. The Hongmen entrance to Taishan is located 2km away from the hotel and easily accessible. The concierge are very helpful when it comes to arranging your trips. The breakfast and dinner are good options at this hotel and so is the Best Brews offer on their signature Taishan beer. Sleep quality is great. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool and saunas, which are located in a spacious environment. The hotel is sort of old and I think it is time for refurbishment. Although is very clean still it shows signs that renovations are in order. The curtains should be washed more frequently, especially in the smoking rooms. Nevertheless, I think the strongest point of this hotel are the staff: well-trained and super friendly.

The bed was super comfy and our room was very large but the windows were tiny so we didn't really have a view. Highly recommend the freshly cooked omelette for breakfast but stay away from the bakery items as they were all stale. The staff were very helpful.
