I was very pleased with this hotel. This was a business trip. First we were allowed an early checkin at 10;30 am which was great after a 5 hour flight. The room was a good size and very clean. The lobby and restaurant were open and welcoming. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was good. Service was excellent! I will definitely stay here again if the rate is right as it was this time.
Only negative was I could hear the planes from the nearby airport when my window was open but it did not disrupt my sleep.

This was an unexpected stay. My flight back home was cancelled after a day of off site training. I had to scramble to find an affordable place to stay overnight. These guys had a free shuttle that drove from the airport to the hotel and back the next day.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I slept well in the super comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and a hair dryer.
Some of the nice touches were a modern coffee maker and a complimentary water bottle.
For the next morning I had a breakfast voucher. You can order a la carte or buffet. My voucher gave me access to the buffet which included fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, eggs made to your liking, sausage, taters and more. Orange juice and coffee were also included.
Great place to stay close to the airport!

Very nice location, close to shopping center, close to sky train, but restaurant for breakfast is very expensive, thank goodness for outside places to eat! Wonderful assortment of different cuisine! We had Japanese, Thai, Korean Hot Pot, which was different & enjoyable, Asian Shopping Center just a couple of blocks north

Called for shuttle, on time for 11pm. Nice room I wished I was staying more than 1 nite. Clean, bed very comfortable, wake up call on time. Shower gas dispenser push don't turn. Close bath door otherwise lights from windows shine in. They use to have comp breakfast not anymore. Large noisy Chinese tourists but the move fast. Good front desk. Neighborhood restaurants take mostly cash only, hot pot takes credit cards but it's all you can eat at about $30@. Bit of a walk from skytrain.

What a front desk! When I checked in late at night, I request a 7 am wake up. That was hopeful as I did wake up at 4 am I was still on east coast time. I forgot that I booked a wake up and went down for break fast at 6:45 am. To my surprise the front desk manager went to my room to find out why I didn’t answer the phone. He found me in the restaurant having breakfast. Other hotels in the past never came to check on me.
These people really care about their quests.
