Always a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are wonderful, and the service is superb!
The parking is beneath the hotel & climate controlled so I️ did not have to brave the cold at all.

Have been a FS fan for years, and looked forward to treating my husband to our first visit to the Baltimore property.
As an AmEx Platinum cardholder of long-standing, I knew the benefits of my package would enhance the experience of our stay, & I was not disappointed: upgrade to corner room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows (my husband spent half the visit posting pix to Facebook, starting with sunrise over the harbor).
Very disappointed concierge could not get us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted - I had contacted them before our arrival and they never asked if I needed reservations.
Finally, called twice from the road to say I had left something important behind in my room - apparently housekeeping took it.
I expect better accountability from the FS.

I stayed here for the extensive gym, however, all of their treadmills are broken. After telling them to fix them, they did not. I told my friends and colleagues not to stay here for the reasons above and they agreed it was unacceptable.

Travel every week for work. By far the best hotel I have EVER stayed at. The pool and spa area are both premium quality. The staff is incredibly warm and hospitable. And the location is hard to beat. 5 stars.

I travel from NYC and each trip to the Spa is worth it because of Diane. Diane is an excellent massage therapist if you are going and looking for a recommendation. The rooms are always excellent and very comfortable. Although In-room dining was not perfect the service and efforts to correct the error was appreciated.
