Excellent room, great service. Will definately stay again. The restaurant was great too, both food and service. It's great to stay in a quality establishment such as this one. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants first class accomodations.

Amazing hotel in Chicago , felt at home , four seasons Chicago is very well located in downtown Chicago , very close to miracle mile , restaurantes, and great shopping ! The staff is very polite and always smiling! My wife was very pleased and we will be going back in spring time !!

This hotel is a regular stay for us. The updated rooms may have changed the look, but the same warm hospitality is there.
Top notch service, welcoming staff, from the doorman, to the front desk, to the room service staff. The quality of service and attention to detail is well... reliable.

The Four Seasons should be the first to provide Guests with Five Season Service.... Free Uber in the City , this would be a huge differentiator and a minimal expense , you should be able to tie it into the Reaort App

It was a great experience. Real luxury. I stayed with my wife on a vacation to Chicago without the kids. We enjoyed have a drink before bed in the bar/lounge each night and the spa/pool was used every morning.
