We drove Brooklyn to West Hollywood so as we passed thru Vegas we decided to stay over night there. We wanted to treat ourselves after a long drive and to let the Schnauzers stretch out and have a comfy bed to sleep on. Oh boy..what a hotel, what a place and what a view!! Doggie friendly and people friendly...very! All the staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The room was stunnig with an equally stunning view...we were there just one night and dont gamble so were just happy after a walk down the strip to stay in outlr room (all 900sq ft of it) order some food and just sit on the cloud of a king size bed with the doggies. Food was delicious...so fresh and tasty and the service from the guy who brought it to us top notch. We slept like logs!! Breakfast in bed was equally fabulous as was once again the service. Then we were going on our way again to LA wishing we couldve had one more night there...or two :0)

This hotel was very nice, over the top with service and cleanliness and quietness and amenities! The bed was most comfortable and room was spacious.
This was a weekend getaway with my husband of 20 yrs. Pricey, but worth the splurge.
Loved access to the strip for entertainment, gambling and eats, but loved the quietness so as to relax and rejuvenate.

and all in between, this property is focused on service. Great interaction with front desk, fitness center and spa staff. Rooms have wonderful views of the strip and the hotel in a hotel feel is welcome in a big resort like Mandalay Bay. I’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel to stay at for a conference. They have everything needed all in one location. Will definitely be back again next year. The staff were attentive to every need. I was greeted from initial arrival, every step of the way, including check out 4 days later. Superior service.

So happy with everything four seasons has to offer!! We’re actually going back this week to stay another 4 days. Everyone is so down to earth and easy going. Made our stay that much for Pleasant.
