Superb hotel. Great staff, location and service. From a staff standpoint, this is the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. We also used the Mercedes and Rolls Royce Ghost for complimentary trips in London. Great hotel location.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Four seasons Park Lane. The suite was fabulous and the service was exemplary and world class. Every member of staff was most impressive. There were numerous small touches by the staff that made all the difference to our stay and in our view enabled the Four Seasons brand to match or surpass the very best luxury hotel brands in the world. My Congratulations to the team.

Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel plus an overwhelmingly friendly staff. From welcome to restaurant and bar, everyone was helpful, smiling and caring. We definitely will come back as soon as possible.

If you want a place the amazing service and friendly staff with smiling faces all the time here is the place, perfect location, delicious food. Another this if want to use tube 7 minutes walk to Green Park.

Had wonderful stay at four seasons park lane. Can't fault it, from room decor to brilliant room cleaning and tidying to friendly staff and not at all snooty as you sometimes find in top end hotels. will be my go to hotel from now on when staying in west end.
