Our vacation to Lisbon became memorable because of the perfect hospitality, exemplary service and care of all staff at Ritz, Lisbon. Hotel took care of all our minor and major needs right from arranging a perfect pick up at the airport to smooth check in and perfect guidance on how to make best of our short stay. It is located very close to the best fashion district and city center. We loved the food but unfortunately because of short stay of 3 days could not make it to their Spa.

This hotel deliver what it promisses.
You can have an extraordinaty experience in Lisbon if you estay in this Hotel. It has a great location and a beautifull view of the city, in addition, you will have the best services in town.

not up to the standards of Four Seasons NY---Basically a third world luxury hotel, without the service you might find outside of southern Europe...They can get your laundry done but it is far from the night life and cool touristy downtown of the city...not worth it...but still is a Four Seasons so if you are feeling home-sick there is some comfort in that...

They tried hard but missed over and over again. From the front desk to the Concierge to the staff continuing to call us by the wrong name. We checked out and went to the IMG next door and we were treated like royalty for half the cost. To add injury to insult - i got home and they charged my card for another $654.00 and I am still trying to figure it out with them. They continue to tell me it is for additional charges that came in after we checked out but they can't produce any detail.

The Hotel was beautiful and classy and quiet. Service was excellent. The room was spacious with a balcony. The location was perfect! So glad we stayed there. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
