Rooms could do with a renovate, walls marked and generally tired. Location is excellent.
Noise from rooms above can also be troublesome. Security is excellent. Bed linen on,y changed once a week, should be at least twice a week

great location, very close to tube and museums, large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, nice decor, friendly staff, excellent experience overall, always happy to come back, higly recommended place to stay in London

wonderful visit with my wife's trip to london
Location couldnt get better with the station, restaurants and supermarkes 2 minutes away
Beautiful room with high celings and good view
Room was very clean tho requiring maintenance in some small corners
-No dressing table and mirror which made things awkard for my wife to get ready
-Wardrobe was good in size but was at an awkward angle with bed which made it hard to access
Would definitely visit again

in great area - near National Museum.. walking distance to dining area and groceris shop
even u need to take some walk to underground but just great or just grab a taxi easily
fraser always one my big fan.. and this fraser suites just lovely..
great hospitality at the moment you enter the hotel

Front desk staff are excellent, efficient and helpful.
People with accesible problem shall aware that I stayed in a room that requied me to go up and down stairs to access. No washing machine, no oven.
