The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very clean, cozy and big. They leave some nice things for you in the room like chocolate, water bottles, slippers. The service is amazing and the staff is so nice and welcoming, always willing to help. My boyfriend ate in the restaurant and said the food was very good as well. Probably the best hotel I have ever been to where ever.

Stayed at the Frederic Koklen for 2 nights: cosy beautiful hotel with very attentive staff and delicious breakfasts.Highly recommended for those who prefer staying at small hotels and enjoy an excellent service.

This is my second stay at the hotel - the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, this is especially helpful as I don't speak alot of Russian. This is a lovely boutique hotel which is a short walk away from the city. I have stayed in other Hotels in Odessa but this is the one I enjoy staying in. I find it also very good value for money.

It is the fifth time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed it again a lot. No change in the quality of the room or of the service: they are always perfect. I would like to insist on the staff: always friendly and ready to help you. You almost feel at home!
The Sophie restaurant is still excellent and everytime I came, there were new dishes on the menu.
I am planning to come back to Odessa and the Frederic Koklen Hotel will stay my first choice.
