Would give excellent, except for the guest self parking, for which they charge $5/day.
I arrived @ 11 pm & after 2 tours around the parking lot, not one space available. Had to use valet parking for $20. No apologies or consideration front front desk. Room spacious; bathroom modern & well lit--but, no magnifying mirror. Bed OK--but, small Marriott pillows are not very comfortable. Excellent breakfast quality.

We had just returned from a Caribbean cruise and, although we had a reservation at a Marriott in Key West for the next two nights, our 93 year old father in law became sick with the flu, necessitating and a cancellation for the trip to Key West. Instead, we looked for a Marriott close to the airport, so we could return home the next day. Most of the Marriott's and their affiliates near the airport were very expensive, so we settled on the Coral Springs Marriott, some 15 miles from the airport. Cab ride was very expensive, but Uber doesn't pick up at the cruise terminals. Marriott was very accommodating and allowed us to cancel our three night reservation without penalty and re-book at Coral Springs. Due to early arrival, we, initially, were told the rooms would not be ready for another two hours. While waiting in the restaurant, Lisa from their HR Department happened to walk by and inquire about our status, After hearing our story, she asked that we wait a minute to see what she could do. She returned with Val, who brought us to the front desk, introduced us to Carolyn, who checked us in immediately to two rooms overlooking the golf course. Following our check in, we, then, needed a shuttle to a local restaurant. Our driver, Garrett, was most helpful in recommending a local Italian restaurant and delivering us to their door. Following our meal, we contacted the hotel, and Garrett arrived within 5 minutes to pick us up. The next day, before our departure, we, again, needed a shuttle for a quick trip to Walmart. This time, Carlos accommodated us by waiting, while we purchased the item we needed. Frankly, after that kind of service from the Coral Springs staff, we did not miss our trip to Key West quite as much. I mean, how many people from a hotel's HR staff stop to inquire about a customer's needs and, then, take responsibility for meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations? We have been loyal Marriott customers for many years, but this was above and beyond....

Stayed at this property for a short "stay cation". We were first greeted by the valet employees, and then by Paul at the front desk when we checked in. Both were very professional and helpful. When we arrived at the room, there was a welcoming tray of cheeses and a bottle of wine. Every staff member we came in contact with was very welcoming. Room was very clean, spacious, and a great view of the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

I just got back from a weekend getaway at this hotel. From the time I checked in till I left, everything was just great. The staff was so nice, very welcoming and friendly. Paul at the front desk was so great too. Can't wait for another stay at this hotel

My wife and I together with our daughter stayed at The Marriott Coral Springs Golf Club and Convention Center for a week a few days ago and we loved it. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, our room was comfortable. I recommend the view over the golf court, it is really nice. Breakfast was good with nice choices and service minded staff. Parking is easy, just outside the hotel. It is located perfectly in serenity, near the commercial district of Coral Springs and the residential area of Parkland.
