The location is not central and the surrrounding area ugly, run down. The hotel itself is nice, executive room large and generously outfitted. This hotel is obviously saving money as none of the corridors, elevators etc. have aircondition. Only the rooms and the lobby/restaurants have aircondition. Staff friendly and helpful. 99% of clients are Chinese tour groups; breakfast predominantly geared to their taste. Not my first choice although rates attractive.

Nice atmosphere, great service, soft live dinner music, and just average food and small portions. The prices are high, and I think it is more about the atmosphere than the food. I will go back, not for the food, but for the atmosphere.

Stayed in a double bedroom room with some mates, was suited well to our need and had enough room for all of us to stretch out. (There were 4 of us in total).
Some areas of the hotel need a lil attention such as the pool areas but overall a very good hotel close to shopping centres. Tuk tuks are cheap and readily available should you wish to sight see.

Check your bill at this place. This is one of the very few places in Chiangmai you have to watch out.
Being frauded with wrong charges in every visits of this place,my advice is to check your bill before you agree to pay.
Elsewhere beautiful view and nice food.

Excellent staff. Front office staff very professional, and helpful.
Room very clean. Excellent Breakfast.
Rates also one of the by for such a well maintained property.
Tour Operator sitting at lobby- Mr Wee , Nature North Travel, a very competent and knowledgeable tour operator. Excellent. Offered the best rates.
Would love to stay again, and strongly recommend both Hotel and Tour Operator to all guests
