Getting a bit tired inside. Some rooms being painted and unfinished. Sadly an unpleasant odour on some floors.
No English at reception desk and not really very competent.
Still, a fair price and a good location after a days travelling and business in shenzhen.
However I think that they need to keep an eye on things so it dosent drift any further.

Room, breakfast, facility, service are so so. But it is close to a big shopping mall and Donghu Park. Location is really good! The young can go to Vicity mall for shopping. The old and children can go to Donghu Park for a walk.

Lack of facilities , complicated wifi connection (for those who understand Chinese only). Breakfast was ok , less choices.

FX hotel is located in Luohu district of Shenzhen. The ambience is average with average sized rooms. Like All other in mainland China, the hotel staff also don't know English have your translator app ready if you want any thing here. The nearest Indian restaurant is 15 mins by taxi.

Check into the room in the lste afternoon after a hot day touring the Window of the World on foot. It was a big let down that the room's air conditioning unit could not cool the room adequately. It took almost four hours before the room's temperature reach acceptable level. Either the acu was repaired inadequately or it is not rated for the room size. The room is spacious compared to a similarly price Hong Kong hotel. Breakfast is included but nothing specisl. Difficult to communicate with the staff as few of them can speak English. I can't recommend this hotel.
