I have stayed in this Apartment in November 2017 . The Apartment is as I expected, very essential, but clean and in a Strategic Position in the Center of Bratislava. Owner very kind. I definitely reccomend it.

One night stay at August 2017. Room nr 1 (on the right after entering to apartments)
Apartments located at super location - quiet vicinity but walking distance to Old Town and near pubs, restaurants etc.
Pros:
+ Very nice and helpful owner.
+ Quite comfortable bed.
+ Kitchen equiped with plate, fridge, kettle, dishes etc.
+ antiMosquito-net in the window
Cons:
- No air conditioning - a fan instead A/C
- No toiletries

Good location, close to old town, Arranged airport pick up through owner at reasonable cost. Quiet location down a side street, Good local restaurants, everything you need is close at hand,
Not so good; no air con in room, only portable fan, excessive heat which is unusual for June meant it could be quite uncomfortable at times. No facility to pay by credit or debit card, the website states this is available but on arrival found it was not available.
Overall a really good stay, thoroughly enjoyable, Owner Martin very helpful and friendly.

Obscure place very close to the city square (hundreds meters to Tesco, nice pubs or historical monuments in hearth of town. Apartment is placed in old building between other flats on balcony. If you need cheep and clean place - it is there. If you like more confort - please try other place...

In short, the apartment is fine with you are staying a short time in Bratislava and looking to have extra spending money. However, we would recommend looking for something else over this apartment.
Positives:
- excellent location. You can't get any closer to the old city. Also, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops in Obchdná or at the Eurovea centre .
- cheap. Space and material to cook yourself although nothing special.
- nice owners
- free internet. The owner kindly came out late at night to fix it when it broke.
- clean enough
Negatives:
- very noisy
- very hot, only one window which opens into the court yard so you can't open it far.
- the neighbours' dog: nothing wrong with the neighbours who were actually very polite and welcoming but the dog runs up to you and doesn't stop barking every time someone arrives. If you don't like aggressive dogs, avoid staying here.
