The room, gardens and eating areas were all very good and mostly aimed at children as the hotel is primarily for families going to Gardaland Park. I was rather disappointed to find that the breakfast (included) did not provide a real cappuccino. Hot drinks came from machines. However, there was an abundant amount of various foods. Sampled both restaurants and had excellent meal in each. Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbours next door. Sounded like a party was going on; loud music and loud talking and laughter - the first night I did not complain as I did eventually get to sleep. The second night I was woken up at around 2.00 am to the same thing. Called reception and complained. They did go to the room and the music was turned down but it was another half hour or so before the voices stopped. Unfortunately the room had an interconnecting door which didn't stop any noises coming through.

We have been guests of the hotel 18.9-19.9. Our first impression of the hotel was very positive. The room was very pleasant and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall everything was excellent. If I really need to start digging for minus points, the room had a small spiderweb in the ceiling and what looked like hotel lobby bar manager, was not as kind as the rest of the staff. But these small inconveniences didn't affect our otherwise good experience.

A very nice hotel, welcoming, with very helpful staff, very clean. Rooms very nice, new furniture, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Very nice Restaurant, food very much and very good. The pool clean, the only inconvenience is the water cold.

Hotel is close to Gardaland, thats the main Reason that we booked the hotel.
The Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean.
Breakfast is for 4 Star hotel average.
Free Bus take you to the Gardaland every 30 minutes.

Based on my last visit to this hotel, it got much worse.
The room isn't good because most of the stuff is old and broken.
We had a problem with toilet where it didn't want to flush and service told us to use the toilet in our friend's room.
They didn't want to give us the new room.
Everything is way too expensive for it's value.
I don't recommend it.
