I thought surely the reviews cant be right, Im sure the issues have been addressed. Nope. Aside from the dirt and odor, our biggest problem was a safety issue. A door to the outside was propped open. I removed the prop but the door still opened from the outside. If there had been anywhere else to go, we would have been gone. Walls were grimy, bar inside shower was broken, no remote in our room (that issue was addressed). Don't stay here trying to save a buck. Your safety is too important!

First, their website says they are pet-friendly, but their signs at the front desk make it clear pets are NOT welcome, so don't be fooled!!
The first room they put me in was not cleaned - bed was unmade, bathroom still dirty. The second room was fine, but has a hole in the wall which makes me feel like there is a creeper on the other side staring in. They supposedly have wifi, but it won't connect so I am sitting here using up my personal hotspot to check business email. Customer service sucks and you can tell she would rather be sitting with her boyfriend behind the counter rather than help you out. I booked the room through Travelocity, so she refused to give me a copy of an invoice - even though this is a business stay. I definitely won't be staying here again - or trusting Travelocity to recommend "great deals" for me!

No reading lamps by the beds, no tissues in dispenser, no iron, no ironing board, no vacuuming IN DAYS, great shower head.
Roaches in bed and bathroom room. Dead bugs on night stand.
Mattress was so bad I have a sore back.
Mini refrigerator door came off in my hand when I opened it.
The blackout curtains leak light badly.
There is no shade on desk lamp
Mold by bathtub.
Air vents caked with dirt.
Bathroom door coming apart. Towel rack broken.
Garbage by front door of building not cleared in 2 days, was still there when I left.
Nice flat screen and microwave.

I've stayed here for a while and it was better than I expected, no bugs the people are nice and it is across the street from Popeye's and on the other side it has a Shopper's , and Little Caesar's I like the fact that the hallways are always clean and fresh wash rags and towels.

I came to visit my friend, it was good for one night stay .. I had to visit my friend in laurel. Front desk guy was friendly and did not needed housekeeping service, WiFi worked great for me .. all and all was good ..I will go again , good price in DC area. ..very convenient from hotel to DC..
