Firstly, the service was exceptional.. lot of personal touch with delicious meals. Nawabzada is a great host keeping an eye on every detail. The Dino Park is about half hour from the property and an educational experience. Wonderful to see the royal family trying to care for the park as it has fantastic specimens. Overall a great stay, room probably could do with a little more light but for a days stay it hardly matters. Definite recommendation

We arrived in Garden Palace just in time for lunch, we were shown to our rooms before that by the present Nawab Salaudin a very warm and friendly welcome he gave us personally.oyr rooms were large and comfortable and provided with all modern facilities
The food at the palace is excellent and service and personal touch was praiseworthy.
You can take a guided tour to the nearby fossil park , Princess Alia was the friendly guide who is herself very interested in fossil s. You can also book a cooking class given by the Nawab's mother.plus you can go for a trek with the nawab. All at a cost. I definitely will recommend this place for a couple of days.

We stayed at the Garden Palace from 12 to 14th August 2017. The rooms were well equipped and really liked the peaceful sleep we had. The food was awesome - royal food. The hospitality of the Prince (Salad) was heart warming.
We had a guided tour of the dinosaur fossil park, Timba springs and could watch the Nilgais and peacocks. Very laid back place to truly relax!!
A memorable expereince!! Would go back again!!

Very peaceful place. excellent hospitality.
I recommend this place to stay their with their friends and family.
I stayed two night there and feel very good.
I just want one thing only to be implemented that is Wi-Fi connectivity speed.

Let me start with that this is not a 5 star palace but still it deserves 5 star rating.. for reasons mentioned below.
1. Lovely food.. We are vegetarians and the food served was above average..
Spread was simple but quality of what ever was offered was amazing..
2 . Warmth of Mr. Sallauddin.. right from the time I had my phone discussion to the time we were around was very pleasing..
3. This place more of an Home stay and not any resort .. staff was quite responsive..
4. Surrounded with lovely trees and birds chirping all the time..
While we entered Balasinor I was bit doubtful about my choice of this place... but once we reached all my doubts vanished..
This place has six Air conditioned rooms and 2 cottages..
One can enjoy and go back in time while chatting with Mr. Sallauddin and that experience is unique.. one does not get the same in any professionally run place..
Was amazed as how he managed to get such high quality food in such remote place.. credit goes to him and his family who are highly passionate about their food..
Could not visit fossil park as was too hot for us to step out but will return during winters..
