Great Location

We rented a 2 bed apartment for 6 nights. There is an underground car park attached to the apartments which you can use for an additional fee (think about £10 per day). The apartment had 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and a family bathroom to serve the other. The sitting room/kitchen/dining was small but adequate. There was a small balcony with a great view towards the city and Leeds Minster. The communal areas and lifts were clean. The apartment would have been much better if just a little bit more thought/money had been given. For example, no mirror in either bedroom to use for hair/make up, there were mirrors in the bathroom but obviously no plugs. Only 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 mugs etc which was all we absolutely needed but meant a lot of washing up, There was a dishwasher but we didn't use it as there wasn't enough crockery/cutlery to wait for it to be washed. The other downside was it hadn't been well cleaned. It looked clean when we went in but I found a used ladies razor in the shower and hair (!) and there were several crisp packets and empty fruit containers under the bed in one of the bedrooms. This is a shame as it could easily be so much better. I would use it again as it was a great location taking only about 10 minutes to walk to the main shopping areas.
Great apartment for the price

Everything we needed in the apartment, loads of space and right in the centre of Leeds. Very tidy and clean and nicely decorated throughout. Friendly staff who talked us through everything and made sure we were happy! Would recommend.
Central location and quiet building

Lovely apartment, light and airy (I had a balcony as requested). Friendly staff who explained everything clearly. Milk, tea, coffee, shampoo, soap, conditioner and lovely clean towels all provided at no extra cost aswell as a hairdryer. The apartment building was quiet, but a little too hot. Spoken to management and they are looking into providing a decent fan system that will provide cooling but no extra noise. Car parking reasonable at £12 for city centre 24 hour parking. The free Wi-fi worked perfectly and I had a great reception without any loss on both my mobile and my laptop and the large TV had freeview channels. Will be booking this again on my next business trip.
2 day business stay

I stayed in one of these apartments for a 2 day business stay. I was met and taken the the apartment and given basic instructions and information about using it and how and when to leave it.
The apartment was fairly well stocked with milk sachets, tea, shampoo etc. In addition it was clean. However there was a terrible tobacco smell which meant it was an unpleasant place to spend much time in. In addition the decor is a little tired. Lastly, whilst I was packing to leave I was rushed out of the apartment at 10.30 on the day of departure by door knocking etc.
I've stayed in a number of apartments at this price range (even in central London) and would expect better cleaning of the room to eradicate any illicit smoking odour, a more updated interior and a better, more professional leaving service.
Central good quality accomdation

A nice and spacious apartment in a central location. The parking onsite is charged at £12 per night. An off-licence store is located at the ground floor which is handy if you are after some essentials. Couple of negatives though - I was not comfortable writing down my credit card details in a form to the man who came around to show our room. Secondly our room had a strong stale smell possibly because it was closed for days but this was sorted as soon as we opened all the windows and let the air in.
