Just bad
Christian Hon 02/06/2017 06:18The rooms smells like a ashtray. The curtains of the windows are in between Brown and yellow. ( never been cleaned and one reason for the bad smell).
For the hotel employees its more important to watch TV then to help. Espacialy in the evening. We sit a couple of days in the lobby had something to drink, the bar food (Pizza, Burger etc) and watched TV.
1. Over 3 days they never cleaned our table
2. The food comes just out of the microwave. The burger is realy terrible and the price is around 5€
3. The employees changed the TV chanel to watch what they like
Breakfast at 7:00
Sometimes no bread or several days old because the employees from the kitchen must watch TV in the morning.
Better go 7:30 or later, then you can get the full breakfast.
Dont take the Restaurant its expensive and also microwave food. Better go out you will find a better and cheaper place in Ankara.
OK for business
Boston_Bob26on 06/03/2017 20:26This Hotel is a little way out of the centre of Ankara and quit close to the presidents building. You'll find quite a high volume of police around this area as to be expected near the presidents home. Not much by the way of restaurants nearby but there is a petrol station right next door to this hotel if you need snacks and the food in the hotel is of an OK standard and really cheaply priced. It says it has a sauna at this hotel although I believe it was closed when I stayed so it may be worth checking before booking if this is a requirement.
Quiet hotel
Jan Gon 04/08/2016 14:28Stayed here on business working at the Presidents Theatre. Very noisy mosque opposite the hotel and a lot of building work going on around the hotel. 10 minute walk to the Armarda Mall but beware the intimidating police and army presence who are on every street corner.
The building works at the Presidents palace area creates a massive amount of Lorry traffic and crossing roads can be like taking your life in your hands. The works are likely to continue for years yet.

amir hon 15/07/2016 19:41There is so silence and near to industrial zone. The room was clean. The room was a little warm. The wi fi connection was awful. The pool was not opened to use unfortunately. The breakfast was so so. There was a little far from the downtown. Totally it was not excellent.
Quality 4* hotel
RickyBullon 13/08/2015 15:13Having spent an arduos 12hrs on a bus i was lucky enough to be told about the Gazi park Hotel. Shower room was very nicely decorated and a lovely powerful hot shower was a joy. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in, breakfast was nice and staff extremely helpful. Thumbs up from me.
