Location was far away from the city center (20-30min walk) no bathrooms on every floor - they were not very clean. No hostel feeling - more like a low quality hotel. I would not recommend it to friends&family

The place is really beautiful and comfortable but it's not a hostel! There isn't kitchen. I think is an hotel with share bedrooms.
I'm sorry but it's a bad marketing sealing something false.
If you sell me a hotel it's a good place, the location is good and the personal are very responsible but when I travel I try to find places with kitchen and the hostel always have one, this one no.

The hostal as itself is very nice, confortable beds, very clean. The common areas, the bar and everything as been perfect. The second time i stay here, very close to city center in Dublin. And if you wanna stay at the bar you have a very nice place to drink and meet people.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at the Generator. The room was clean. The hostel is well placed, it is easy to go in the city centre form there. The only thing that we could say is that the room was to close to the entrance/reception, so we heard a lot of noise.
