Hotel is situated at most happening road of Haldwani.. rooms are very spacious but don’t expect this star hotel service from Thai hotel.. they don’t offer complimentary water also no mini bar and yes no breakfast.. there is no gym and service is very very basic.. I had asked for wake up call which never came.. maters very basic needs some renovation.. but for the price is good stay

Shame on Hotel Manager....
Entered Dev Ashish Hotel, Haldwani at around 8 pm on 20th Feb'17,
1. Though booked & paid in advance they did'nt hv any information..receptionist made me wait for 45 minutes before alloting the room.
2. Ordered dinner at 9.15 pm which was no where to be seen till 11.00...meanwhile..
A. called 226 In room dining at 9.45 pm Said its coming right away...
B. called at 10 they said ' rush h time lag jata h its coming'
C. Called at 10.15 ' sir aa rha h'. Now i decided to go to Restaurant there no body responded...later one (so called Gentle man) asked sir aapka room number kya h....Now GM Mishra was at Restaurant feeding icecream to his family when i asked him separately is everything in place ? here he Said 'No' nothing is in place..such rude (Gentle man). So many stories after that.. finally dinner arrived around 11.15. Now time to sleep.... but this is not the end of story......
At 1.45 am reception called me to confirm my name ..(Though ID was given signed in register & mentioned name in form ! ID was lying with him till 2 am which i collected at 2.15 am ! Finally managed to sleep to experience tasteless breakfast next day.
All these events can be confirmed from CCTVs.

It was really disgusting experience staying with 'Dev Ashish.
Though i am Writing this very late as I went out for couple of months & did not have any information about the owner of the property otherwise I would have spoken to him personally that how hotel Manager is ruining the reputation of the property, but anyway now my request to the owner/s is to look in to this & do the needful as required and appropriate.

It's a 3 star hotel situated right in the middle of haldwani. I have booked this hotel for 3 days in October 2015 for my sister's engagement.
Room's are perfect and stand upto the standards of 3 star hotel and facilities given to the guests were perfect.
Quality of food and service were just perfect
Even after October I have dine in in their restaurant dozens of times every time we were amazed with their services n quality.
All I can say it is a perfect place for a family outing .will definitely recommend it

If one is planning to stay in Haldwani this is the best property to stay in. Rooms are clean, bathrooms were maintained. Hills view was best from the room. I did not get the chance to taste the food. Parking arrangement was also good.

Stayed for 1 night with my family on way to Mukteshwar, but as compared to my stay last year , i found that there is a deterioration in the services of the hotel, they are short of good qualified staff & the furniture & fixtures need immediate attention & improvement.
Last year during our stay the highlight of the stay was the very nice breakfast, but this time the breakfast was horrible, and i remember some of the other guests were also complaining about the poor quality of food.
I have seen many good hotels go down once they become old but i do hope that will not be the case with this hotel.
I M SAD
