On the plus side, the free internet worked well, the bed and linens were good, the unit was huge, staff were friendly and helpful.
On the negative side, the fridge makes a lot of noise, the cable signal is unreliable, and while this last part is beyond their control, anyone with a 29th street-facing room will have to relentlessly hear the sound of the construction metal plate covering the street as it moves and thumps every time a vehicle drives over it. I'm not sure what management could do to mitigate but i recommend you request a room that faces the interior courtyard. Otherwise I wold not stay there.

Great accommodating staff, clean, well-appointed suite, Central location in Georgetown, quiet, private, away from hustle and bustle. A 5-minute walk to Blues Alley, shopping and restaurants. The bathroom lighting was dim, but otherwise, this was a great stay.

We have only praise for this 30th St location. everyone was super helpful and friendly. Our room was very quiet and very large. We didn't use the kitchen but it was amazingly well equipped, even had a dishwasher. The beds were well spaced and the sitting area and TV were spacious and comfortable.
The price we paid was below what many of the hotels in the M St area charge. It is walking distance from Georgetown University and of course all of the shops and restaurants on M St. No complaints whatsoever.

Really enjoyed thee large suite and the location in the heart of Georgetown was perfect for me. I was alone but would have been great with the family. The large suite was perfect for doing my work during the day.

Stayed at the suites for 3 nights. The rooms are very large. Mine was one of the smallest on the floor plate but it was still huge for one person. It's convenient having the kitchen but the appliances can be a little noises if you are a light sleeper and there was no door on to the kitchen in my room. It was very clean and room service cleaning on a daily basis was very efficient. Has everything you need really. Breakfast was ok, it's a buffet so makes it very easy to get out in the morning.
