The condo was beautiful with space for 4 people: one bedroom with King bed, fireplace, TV, and bathroom, Queen sleeper sofa bed, fireplace, TV, and bathroom along with fully stocked kitchen. It was the perfect late summer retreat for my daughter and myself. The staff was friendly and helpful and you had access to the on-site laundry and lobby for gatherings and breakfast. The area supported many activities and restaurants. The only pause was that I had to go to the village to UPS to print my boarding passes. This would have relieved my anxiety with access on site.

Quiet. Adequately furnished. Enjoyed the King bed. The odor of insecticide or very sweet permeated the unit. We had to air out the room and stay away during the day. This activated my asthma which caused a cough at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice however the carpets were in dire need of shampooing! None of the units have air conditioning and Big Bear's daily termperature was above normal. Each unit has two portable fans which really helped out at night.

I liked the high ceilings and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately their after hours check in procedure needs some attention. They gave us the code to get our room key from a lock box, however failed to give us our room number (this is kind of essential). Also, when Housekeeping came, they didn't clean, they just collected the trash (and left some on the floor by the can) and gave us some new towels. My biggest gripe is that they didn't leave an extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom and there was no one to call outside of their office hours (9-7). If they get their attention to details ironed out, this would be a great place to stay!

This is a timeshare that rents units that are available. The bedroom has a king and lots of space. The living room/kitchen/dining area is all together but I found it attractive and comfortable. The staff is helpful and nice. There is a pool. By the office is a comfortable common area that is open for use when the office is open. There are grills and picnic tables. Some parking is covered.
