We had a rather good time. Staff are welcoming. The property is spacious and the facilities are good. The rooms are spacious but the furniture are dated and looks almost worn out. Plus housekeeping is a concern. These are things this resort will have to really take care. Else may not be recommended without caveats.

WORST I WOULD SAY PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ..ONLY FOOD IS GOOD NO ROOM SERVISE NO ONE TO LISTEN OUR COMPLAIN.. please go to some other place again i would say food very good.they charge 19 % service on bill which is not leagle my money was wasted so please dont go this is my oppinion too small pool

The staff is friendly. The owner did not even greet us while we stayed at the property. 19% taxes are additional on the bill. The food cooked is good with veg and non veg meals. There is a plunge pool which was too dirty and not cleant at all. Bedsheets were stained. Cracks on the walls. There is a small garden and feels nice to sit during the evening hours.

This is one of the best place to stay near Alibaug beach if you have your own vehicle. They serve an excellent homely food. A small swimming pool is good enough to play with kids and swim.
Awas beach is nearby is a clean beach with less crowded. We enjoyed staying in this place.

After searching lot of properties over web we group of 3 couples decided to stay here. Before transferring the advance payment we spoke with few friends who visited this property before. Received positive feedback from them so we confirmed and were excited for our first picnic along with our children.
Property is located between mandwa and alibaug road. Environment is calm even its road facing property. Nearest beach is Kihim which is almost 5 km away from this property. So do not look if you are searching for beach facing property.
This is actually a private bungalow which has 7 rooms. Rooms are decent in shape but not the best at its class. Washrooms are in good condition but definitely needs improvement there. Please try to occupy rooms on first floor only. Rooms on ground floors are near kichen and very noisy.
Make sure to ask for AC room while booking. I didn't confirmed before booking about AC or NON AC room category as initially we anticipated rates will be for AC rooms only. However when I ask about AC remote they informed me that my booking is for NON AC category. As it was my mistake of not asking before I gave up.
Bungalow structure is very attractive which has small garden to play followed by a small swimming pool. Our children had a good time in swimming pool and small garden.
Food:
This property has package option which includes NON AC stay, lunch, evening Tea, dinner and next morning breakfast. Food was good and we enjoyed. They have given me a choice to confirm my food menu a day in advance. Everything unlimited. They have common dining table at ground floor where they serve all guests turn by turn. But waiting was not bad for us. Staff really managed well even all rooms were full. Helpful staff and they looked after us very nicely.
Cost: 3200 ₹ (plus 19% tax) for a couple including all meals and breakfast. They haven't charged a single peny for our daughters less than 5 years old.
Parking available.
SBI ATM available right at the bungalow gate. It helped me a lot during demonetization.
The easiest way to come here from Mumbai is ferry from gate way of India to mandwa. From there you will get free bus service to Zirad. Almost 5 km from mandwa. Total 140 kms from mumbai western suburbs.
