After all these trips around the world, if you want to see how a hotel room.has to be cleaned, you have to look here.
Friendly stuff but poor English!
Only 4* in cause of.the poor breakfast!
Based near airport and nice shopping mall.

We stayed one night as it is close to the airport and we were enroute to Pereira.
A very good hotel with friendly staff. Best beds on holiday, this rest were rock hard.
We had to leave early but there was still an adequate cold breakfast available.
Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here so we could visit the desert area. It is a very good,modern hotel. There are restaurants and bars near by and a large shopping centre.
The rooms are spacious with TV that you can convert to English. The breakfast is fine.
Bed comfortable with nice bedding. Lots of hot water in the shower.

Stayed here for a night before catching a flight. Arrived here after long tiring journey to be greeted by welcome drink, friendly and helpful staff, and a comfortable modern room. Just what we needed for a one night stay.
This place is not luxurious, but is more than adequate, quiet and very good for the price.
Airport is 5 minutes and $5000COP away, so makes this a perfect airport hotel.

Good breakfast and a very comfortable room and hotel. The service was wonderful as well. Good choice for a night or two in Neiva if you want Western comfort. Need a cab to get to downtown places but not a big deal to catch one.
