This place is awesome and it is near to Anjuna Beach. We were 3 families who stayed in this resort for a night. It has beautiful greenery , cool and calm place along with indoor pool. Overall it is a nice property. It is on the outskirts of north goa.

This is an awsome place to stay in Goa with friends, Good room service, affordable stay, calm place, almost everything is near the resort. They have 2 swimming pools. 3 BHK villa is the perfect for 7 to 8 people to stay

The rooms looked good in pictures, But very very dirty rooms. No room service. Water leaking from Ac. Pools dirty. If 0 can be rated. I would have. The scooty guy outside is very rude. And roams in the hotel.

We stayed there with our group and the services provided were just excellent
The food was delicious and the rooms were very well kept and clean. All the facilties were in working condiition and the owner takes personal care of the things there

One of the worst hotel experiences that I have faced in North Goa and via goibibo.. The hotel charged us 2.6.0.0. for a standard room for 3.. The room can't even fit 2 people well.. Its a tiny room with old and spoilt furniture, has no space to walk properly, had mosquitoes and flies, dead flies, TV setup box was installed on arrival.. On pleading repeatedly for room upgradation/Change, They asked us to pay additional 1000 rupees... As if 2600/- is less at first place... Extremely Ridiculous ppl and Awful Experience... DON'T RUIN YOUR VACATION WITH THIS PLACE!!
