kirstylass79on 22/11/2017 19:36We visited here on an autumn break deal, excellent value. Location of hotel is ideal for quick access to the town and also for lovely walks by the river. Our room was spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable stay. As well as good location there is a car park at rear of hotel. Will return.

northernnic2014on 21/11/2017 10:57I had travelled since 5am and arrived at hotel at 1330 suitably tired and looking for a quick wash and change before afternoon meetings , and in no way did receptionist help , rooms were not available until 1500 under any conditions .Soured my stay , poor job ,the rest didn't matter
2 night Autumn break
windyrigon 16/11/2017 23:12Location is excellent, being centrally situated and with attractive views of the river. Ample car parking behind the hotel. Good restaurant on site.
The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the television was not working the first night and the lighting in the room was abysmal despite reporting 3 times that it was difficult to read........ nothing was done to address this. I suggest brighter light bulbs and lighter lamp shades.
This was certainly not the deluxe room we expected and had paid for.
Excellent stay
Ellie Ton 13/11/2017 12:12I stayed at this hotel as they had an excellent autumn deal on. The building was lovely and I had a very nice double room with ensuite bathroom. The deal included dinner at their Nicky Tam's restaurant where I had the nachos and the steak which were both delicious! Breakfast was buffet style in gorgeous rooms at the front of the hotel, looking on to the River Ness. There was everything from a cooked breakfast, to cereal, to fruit and it was delicious.
My only slight complaint was that our room faced on to the carpark so we could hear everyone going past and car engines starting up. Also we could hear every noise from the room upstairs so it obviously isn't sound proofed. But luckily nobody was noisy at anti social hours so this didn't disturb us too much.
The hotel is right on the River Ness and only a 10 minute walk from the main centre of Inverness and the Eastgate Shopping Centre. It is close to Inverness Castle and lots of bars and restaurants.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Glen Mhor and would certainly recommend it and stay again!

Elaine Fon 13/11/2017 09:56I recently book this as a get away. Sadly had to cancel due to a family loss. My stay was in 2 weeks time.. I did not get a refund, yes it states it's non-refundable but under the circumstances I would have thought I'd receive my money back. This apartment could have been snapped up by someone else in the 2 weeks. Very annoyed and let down
