Well, if you feel like shopping and enjoying the area, this is the place to be. Perfectly located on Avenue Montaigne with very charming rooms and welcoming staff.
The lobby is small however warm and can accommodate just what is needed.

This is a small but 5 star hotel conveniently located to Eiffell tower, expensive boutiques, and excellent cafes bars and restaurants.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Rooms are nicely decorated with French designers clothes.

I have been most delighted with the service I received from Trang in reservations as well as Cecilia at reception. They were so kind and really tried their very best to make sure I had a wonderful stay in Paris as well as doing their very best to cater to my requirements prior to my journey. I couldn't have asked for better service. I received a very warm welcome from a gentleman called Alexandre too and I really look forward to my next visit in this beautiful boutique hotel. Thank you again!

We arrived before 3 nights ago, the room looked nice and everything was perfect.. yet that lasted only 1 night.. the cleaning is really bad, dust all over the place.. glasses were not changed until today.. its my forth night and i'm checking out tomorrow morning. The bathroom is a disaster!!! no tissue, they did not changed our towels until we said so, the garbage was not changed until we said so. When i called them and told them about all my complains they just ignored !!! That's rude veerryy rude not good management.
I'm checking out tomorrow & for sure will never come back again.
The dirtiest room i have ever been to. Shame on you.

A lovely and intimate property let down by service. I arrived to a super hot room and little things like soap and toilet paper not in the bathroom. I asked them to rectify as I went out which I returned to the hotel and was not done. As well as returning at midnight and asking for a drink and told that the bar is separate from the hotel and the front desk has no access to it. Of course no room service menu in the room - just unacceptable levels of service that let a beautiful property in the best location down. A shame as was hoping this can become a spot for my stays in paris but quality is not up to par- and certainly they cannot claim 5 stars with the issues I faced.
