Comfortable stay
Marjory Son 22/11/2017 18:11Our room was very comfortable. It was up two flights of steep stairs and was virtually impossible to find without help.
The location of the hotel was beautiful. We had a view of the river, lit up for Xmas which was gorgeous.
We found the breakfast expensive. It was not included in the room rate. It was quite good but not worth £15 each. Dinner was very good, service a bit slow, but worth waiting for the food. The bar was also expensive.
However we enjoyed our stay and would visit again, making sure we got a room + breakfast rate.
Nice Place
Nosedive225on 15/11/2017 21:09We were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and convenient. I wish we had more than one day in town. The hotel was close to town and on the river which made for good morning walks.
Apartments Are Terrific
Katherine Won 11/11/2017 23:46We didn't know what to expect getting an apartment, but this place is awesome. We had a separate bedroom with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and full laundry. There's also a pull out sofa. There's a secluded patio and designated parking spots for each apartment.
Though the apartments are separate, you still have access to the bar & restaurant in the main building. Great choice!
Small but beautifully prepared portions
Mrsmack182on 09/11/2017 14:44I had a very nice Saturday lunch in the well appointed restaurant with friends. We chose the two course option for under £12 a head which was pretty good value. The meal was lovely, service friendly and efficient too. My only tiny negative would be that although the food was good there was a complete lack of any additional vegetables provided,so the fish on mash was basically just that, with a few peas incorporated in the mushroom sauce. The tart dessert was amazing.
By far the best hotel in Inverness

The hotel is lovely and impeccably maintained. The food is terrific. What more could one want? Oh yes, beautiful views of the Ness and a great location.
