stayed here 10-24 October a late deal. Excellent value for what we paid. Requested room 917 after reading a previous review, we were allocated this room. Room faced the pool and had a panoramic view of the bay and a walk in shower. Hotel location good near shops, bars and marina and bus stops. Plenty of choice with food and staff were hardworking and always pleasant. Flat screen TV in room with some English channels a bonus. Downside plastic tumblers not glasses and the lifts, we understood lifts are to be replaced and top 3 floors refurbished. Rather unusual was the thoroughfare through hotel garden and poolside for general public?. Overall a good holiday met lots of friendly guests and will consider a return visit

Stayed here for a week from 17th october -24th october. All I can say is value for money. Excellent food, service, staff very friendly and efficient . Stayed with my husband and mother in law and we all had a super time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had no problems with the lifts as we asked for a lower floor. Would most certainly stay again.

We booked a last minute 7 night trip, the hotel gave us a pool side view which was just stunning.
The food, staff and service were excellent, couldn’t fault them.
The drinks weren’t particularly nice, I think the alcohol was watered down so you’d need to drink a hell of a lot to feel anything. We settled for cocktails round the corner instead.
We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t return purely for the privacy factor and apart from the sun loungers the seats were uncomfortable.
Out room was lovely and they made sure to clean it thoroughly everyday.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a cheap get away deal where you’d like to meet other people to chill with.

just stayed for a week with my mum good points check in was quick hotel is clean maids are very friendly and so are most of the staff plenty of sunbeds and to say its in the middle of the main shopping area its not too noisy bad points pool has no heating rooms at back of hotel are very small bathrooms are tiny the snack bar is not great a few bits of floppy cheese an crunchy salami an butter thats like concrete lol the food isnt brilliant the lifts are lethal they were working the whole week but numerous people had arms trapped in them where the doors closed to quickly the hotel is having improvements when they close on oct 25th if they do them right the place will be a lovely hotel i would go back again but not all inclusive as unfortunately the food for me let the place down but i have met some lovely people whilst being there oh an its literally a stones throw from the beach and as it has 9 floors if you are poolside room the views are spectacular

Super hotel "Excellent Value" fantastic views from the balcony, food very good service excellent, staff very friendly. Sore points.....drinks served in thin plastic cups (inside and out) Nowhere near enough toilets in public areas and lifts very poor. Having said that I can't wait for May to return
