I stayed in Hotel Golden Tower in Chennai on 29th December 2016.i got worst experience ever in life of staying hotel. The worst thing is that:
1) Telephone is not working
1)The Room is full of Dark and there is no ventilation
2) A.C. remotes is not working
3) Toilet using is next to impossible with bad smell
4) cockroaches is all over the room
5) a broken Table was kept in room for guest use
6) Recetion people are rude in behaviour and informed me that the room was allotted to me is under renovation.but rest of 2 rooms I booked was same condition.
7) No people not even front does not know English and Hindi.
So, my advice to all that please don't book room in this hotel as I was to quite the room next day.
8) Hotel Golden Tower in Chennai is worst ever to stay over there.

This booking was done in urgency and had to take up a non AC room. The condition of the room was fine but the staff was not quite helping. But this is not bad, its economical and average in class. For single stay only.

it is a nice hotel and very near to chennai central,egmore And park station. you can walk for hotel from railway station.and I have a one problm in this hotel,bez i meet lots staff they talk nice ly but front desk staff they dont no how to handle the guest and some front desk staff talk worst ly.its ok bez it my first visit.all the best

I stayed for two days as lodge located in city center. Hotel is very nice. Staffs are friendly and no language problem. Service is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is tasty. WiFi is also working good.

it is a nice hotel very near to chennai central, chennai egmore and chennai park local station. you can walk for hotel from railway stations. cheak in time is 24 hours. nice Ac rooms. lift and resturant in hotel.
