A very good modern hotel

Reception staff were welcoming and refreshing after a more than unhelpful experience from the local taxis drivers at the airport. Panoramic views, including the sunset, from breakfast/restaurant room on the top (11th) floor were fabulous as was the view from our room. Waiter in breakfast room was very pleasant and helpful. Large choice of hot and cold food breakfast buffet was also very good. Bedroom was very clean and had decent toiletries included.

Catalin Mon 27/04/2017 08:08A realy realy good 4* hotel, close to the city center, very nice rooms, modern, well kept, good wifi, great panoramic roof top restaurant on the 11th floor for dinner or breakfast, staff is very friendly, ideal for 1-2 nights in Sibiu, will definitely go back again there.
Comfortable but small room (107)
HSeeingtheworldon 25/04/2017 20:36Hotel was conveniently located for the city. Parking was on the street and all reserved hotel spaces were taken when we arrived, however we were fortunate enough to get the last remaining space on the opposite side of the road.
The walk into town took about 15 minutes, sadly mainly in the rain!
Breakfast was included but was not great. The fried eggs on the buffet were congealed and hard. On the first morning I asked for a fresh egg and received two in a couple of minutes. On the second morning, despite there being less people in the restaurant, I made the same request and left after about quarter of an hour having not received it!
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful in suggesting places to eat in town
Wifi was generally good and free

Luc Bon 23/04/2017 08:35I looked a little bit on the other reviews of this hotel and I was a little bit confused to see that was mention that this it's not a 4* hotel. Why?!? I don't understand. Maybe I haven't the bad luck to stay in the rooms highlighted by other. I slept hundreds of nights in 4* hotel from Romania and abroad and I could say that this hotel it's a true 4* hotel. Maybe I have lower expectation, but I don't think so. :)
Thus, even I stayed just a few times here - more often I slept at their hotel (Golden Tulip) from Cluj-Napoca - I could say that it's a very nice hotel starting with that rooms, restaurant and the food.
The single bad point from my point of view was the parking. They don't have they parking are and if they have - maybe I don't know - maybe it's a little one. All the time I have had "issues" with the parking place, but if you'll arrive with the taxi Ar the hotel, you'll don't have this issue.
