It is very hard to describe my experience with this hotel. I booked a room in this hotel on 14 Oct 2017 for a family stay on November 18, 2017 through the hotel website. They send me a reservation confirmation e-mail and the Confirmation Number was 58984SB000748. After a daylong tiring journey, me, my wife and two children reached the hotel around 7.30 PM. To my horror, the thug at the reception told us that they don’t have any rooms left for us. We paid Uber for Rs. 600 to reach this hotel from the airport and then we were in a difficult situation as we don’t know where to go with our little children. Being normal human beings, me and my wife tried to protest at them, but again the attitude of the thug at the reception seemed threatening. So we called another uber taxi and went to another hotel. This was my first experience in my life time. So please be careful if you are planning to reserve a room in this hotel. I am giving one star rating for this hotel because there is no zero star option available. i am attaching the conformation mail they send to me.

When writing about this place, I found this place to be a very good resort, far away from the city Hustle, to relax and to rejuvenate on a weekend. The aspects regarding the cleanliness, maintenance of the resort, pool, restaurant and the bar are good quality but there is always a scope for improvement to make it exceptional. For a 2 day weekend Getaway this place looks ok but not the best among certain standards kept by other places around. The only negative point that have observed is the absence of Gym... My advice to the management is to get that done soon so that a Holistic weekend Getaway is possible.

The resort spans a vast area, but there is nothing classy about it. We went there for a day outing from our company.
Resort has few adventure activities like ATV ride, paintball, archery etc
Cons:
-The ATV was not in sound condition. It ran into chain issues and spoiled the mood
-Paint ball was very poorly organized. The arena is small. Instead of team based game, they were just organizing target hitting. Only limited paint ball suits and associated gears were provided. Finally we had to complain to the management to get things sorted.
Food- Average. The provide only limited items for the buffet.
Pros:
They have a fairly good swimming pool. They make arrangements for water polo.
They have a decent bar to relax and unwind.
Since it was a day event, can't comment on rooms and associated facilities.

A quaint little place tucked away from the bustle of the city. We were a group of 6 adults (2 senior citizens) & 3 kids (under the age of 12). We opted for the day outing package which included buffet b'fast, lunch, evening tea and snacks. Quad biking, zorbing etc at an extra cost. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves on the trampoline and other games present. Food was good. Although refilling the empty food trays took a bit of time. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Need to mention the effort taken by the kitchen staff to make most of the food "tri-coloured" being Indepence Day :)
Overall, we all enjoyed ourselves..

The location is quiet and taxis don't know where it is. The receptionist couldn't find our booking so we wasted a hour trying to obtain the reference. The room booked was a double but we got a twin. The bathroom is a wet room but without anything to help keep anything dry at all. The floors were dirty. Our packed breakfast wasn't very nice. The pool was really lovely though and it's near the airport. Don't get stung by their RS700 drop off... book an uber or ola cab. They put taxes on top of any saving you think you're making online so beware. We were stung.
