We stayed 2 nights and there was only 1 friendly person there at reception
The restaurant staff were not interested
Food was ok
The entertainment at night was the best part
The room was very basic however it was neat and clean
The pool looked nice but we didn't use it

The stay started off by cleaning the toilet. It was NASTY.
The hotel rooms are tired and in serious need of a refresh. (We had two rooms)
The Bartender is a wonderful man and very service oriented. He alone earns the hotel its second star.
At dinner, the chicken satay came with peanut sauce that had the consistency of water. The cheese Nan was utterly tasteless and had the consistency of a soaked paper bag. The main course was served cold and late.
There was WI-FI, but no internet service, and inside the 3 or 4G phone service is very spotty at best.
At all cost, protect your toilet paper. It is located just where your shower curtain won’t cover and thus becomes a soggy mess when taking a shower AFTER you let the water run to change from a muddy brown to clear.
Check out was another disorganized fiasco.
Overall this place needs to be avoided if at all possible.

Rooms were a good size and we had a little courtyard outside. Food was good and hotel had character.
Pool was lovely and we enjoyed an evening swim here with towels provided by the hotel.
Would stay here again.

Fantastic pool, we went straight to the pool when we arrived after a big bus trip day. Fantastic and the hotel was clean and had great service.
We had room service for dinner as we were tired but it was good. All in all one of our better hotels for service etc of our trip.,
just love the pool was fantastic.

Stayed with family and kids for ONE night as part of my trip. This places looks good from outside but needs a lot of improvements.
Check-in process was too complex and unfriendliness of staff at reception makes it worse! Pool looked nice and crowded though we didn't use. Breakfast was below average with no much option.
Some of the rooms were really stinking and we had to change three rooms! Hoping to see some improvements but I am sure there are much better places around with competitive rates. I would have liked to see what's included during the booking itself so there is no confusion. We had to additionally pay for Breakfast and GST.
