Shabby interior - looks like 20 years ago. Room was quite noisy, probably due to building construction.
Bed linen not changed during 4 days stay.
Pool facility bellow par (eg. no soap refilled, half of lights out of order, looks really bad)
Breakfast bar empty at 9 AM, very limited offer, not refilled, probably to save money.
Tablecloth not changed between dinner and next day breakfast.
Overall smell from the kitchen on corridors.
Spa/kitchen staff (some of them) speaks rude thinking there are only german guest not understanding a word in Czech.
Reception staff not very helpful.
Some positives:
Served food was OK, even the menu looks strange
Some Spa personnel was nice/helpful
Cheap minibar
Good access to city/spa
Room size was OK
Result
Price/quality ratio does not work; you can survive in the hotel, but will never return.
I would accept it as average 3 stars hotel, but they shall never claim 4 stars
