Stayed for one romantic night and I was truly amazed by the incredible service the hotel provided.
Our room was gorgeous and much nicer than it appeared on photos. From the moment you walk into this hotel, it's beauty takes your breath away.
We ordered room service and we were not too happy about the food, however, the executive chef and hotel manager came promptly to apologize and offer wine and a different dinner. In the morning we accepted the chefs invite to have brunch at la Terraza and it was more than amazing.
I plan on staying here every visit I make to Mexico City and it is highly due to the staff.
I will also mention that the location is in the heart of downtown Mexico City, next door to the historical Zócalo. It's truly a breathtaking experience!

So me and my husband are strict vegetarians & it was 11 pm at night when we arrived the hotel. There was no vegetarian restaurant open in the hotel or even outside . The chef prepared amazing veg meal for us ( outside the menu) and didn't even charge us !!
The took care for next few days to make custom food just for us .

Right in the middle of centro historico and next to el Zocalo, this hotel is very beautiful and worth the visit. The exterior and interior are both fantastic. You can stop by for a quick drink or plan an extended stay here while in CDMX.

This hotel has it all for an unforgettable experience in Mexico City. Located In the heart of the Zócalo, you will be close to everything. It's design and history make it unique, the rooms have spectacular views, the restaurant with the terrace is difficult to forget... the view, the cocktails and the food.
Service is the best! My grandma's 80th Bday was on the day we checked in and the staff welcomed us with champagne, a stuffed animal for her and a cake with a candle...!!!
This is a true luxury hotel, do not think twice to book it
