This hotel is large, in no way intimate, but the facilities and rooms are first rate and spotlessly clean . We had booked on the over 55's 5 day special (Sun to Fr), which offers excellent value for money. We'd deliberately picked a time when the kids have not broken up from school, but were very surprised to see the large number of Spanish school children who made sitting round the pool a far from relaxing experience, though this cannot be the fault of the hotel ! And there is a lovely beach just a stone's throw away. The two biggest gripes are firstly the outrageous cost of car parking. 10€ per night outside the high season is VERY steep, which we refused to pay, preferring to leave our car on the street outside. The fact that the hotel car park was deserted must tell the owners that their charges are too high. And secondly the food , though plentiful and buffet style was rather bland and unappetising . We have sampled many Spanish 4* hotel buffet dinners and breakfasts, and this was amongst the poorest . Very poor selection of cold meats/cheeses, and the fresh grilled chops, fish etc were not cooked quickly enough to satisfy demand , resulting in long, fractious queues.

I am a paraplegic wheelchair user.
First, my wife and I were forced to book directly by phone as it appears impossible to book a disabled access room online with the hotel. This means, for a start, that we could not get wifi premium free simply because the hotel does not allow a disabled client to book online. To charge us for wifi premium is these circumstances is direct discrimination against a person with a disability.
My wife and I arrived late night after a very long and tiring journey of eight hours.
On arrival when we tried to park we were immediately told that we would have to pay 10 euros per night for parking. This was not made clear to us on booking and a cost for parking was never identified when we were booking.
As a disabled person using a wheelchair I find this both very disappointing and exceptionally poor practice. As I cannot walk I have to bring a considerable amount more baggage and equipment than a standard guest. My wife has the burden of carrying this to and from our room as I cannot assist very much. Having to park further away down the street wherever we can find a place does not add to the pleasure of our stay. The hotel has a very steep entrance/exit and this definitely affected my daily comfort and safety during our stay. I also noted a lot of empty spaces in the hotel car park.
The reception we received from this hotel will most definitely affect our future use of its services.
The hotel's marketing is at very least dishonest in that it does not clarify the extra costs imposed.
Other services at the hotel are quite good. The room is very pleasant and spacious. The food is of good quality.

We have have just got back from a week in this lovely intimate hotel. It was quiet and peaceful and although the staff don't speak much English were very helpful and always making sure everything was OK. The rooms were spotless if I had one niggle it would be the toiletbrush but that is just being picky. We will definitely be returning. We were upgraded to a sea view. If you want to just get away for a quiet break this hotel would be a good choice.

We paid over €600 for 3 nights in this hotel for half board. Arrived and the room wasn't ready so we left our cases and went for lunch. We had booked a superior sea view room. The room had a sea view but was at the side of the hotel so overlooked the car park. The room was very small for a superior room in a 4 star hotel. There were two double beds but no room for anything else. One bed was against a wall and the other right against the patio door. The bathroom was large. I asked for extra pillows but was told there was none spare. We had to pay extra for parking and for pool towels. The food was tasteless and usually cold. The location on the seafront was good but one of the pools closed in the afternoon. Something I have never experienced before and didn't open until 10 30 . There were a lot of children at the hotel and not enough sunbeds at certain times of the day. The grounds of the hotel were very small Very overpriced for the experience we received.

Booked this Hotel as visiting friends locally en route from Southern Spain to the UK. Reception staff very polite & helpful.
Comfortable rooms, Buffet meals, Bar etc.
Sea Front beautiful location. Parking on site extra at a 'very steep ' €10 per night.
We were 'offered' a Sea Facing room with a limited mini bar, Cava & Fruit at €40 each extra per night - which we declined!
It was a w/end and very busy with Spanish Families with young children. Breakfast Buffet had excellent choice with nothing we could think of missing.
Evening Buffet also had plenty of choice although the Saturday evening was very 'fish orientated'.
Meat & Fish is available 'just cooked' from the Plan change, but the meat (Pork Loin & Entrecot) were very tough.
Restaurant staff could be more amenable, although one - Yourdan, was exceptional.
