hotel is located near the beach, only have to cross the street.
Hotel is decent.
Rooms were normal size, beds slept ok (We had a room on the first floor more at the back of the hotel).
Breakfast was very good!
Staff friendly and helpfull. The exchange money (EUR/Dollars to argentine pesos when the office behind the checkinn desk is open).

We stayed for two nights. The Hotel is well located, with restaurants and the beach at a few steps. Good breakfast. The staff was really friendly, they give us all the information to better enjoy Puerto Madryn. They allowed us to check-in even before the scheduled time!

S42°46.297' W65°01.756' the name suggests this hotel is the premier hotel in Puerto Madryn. Maybe it was several decades ago but now not any more. It is not on an A+ location, just south of the city centre, sitting between anonymous buildings. Its entry and lobby is not grand: plain simple but well looked after. Nice carpets.
Room 207 in December 2014 on the second floor is a different story. The clean bed slept very well, but for the rest maintenance and housekeeping failed completely. Refurbishment is overdue. The room offers a shower, television and noisy fan. The bathroom is worn-out and not clean. Wi-Fi reception is good.
Breakfast buffet offers a good choice of cereals, croissants, sweet pastry and yoghurts. A nice way to start the day.

Stayed here one night. Spacious double room with partial view of the sea. Staff were pleasant & helpful (in spite of a problem with booking & it was a busy weekend). It's opposite an excellent sea food restaurant too & 5 mins walk from the centre of town. Room was clean & spacious, wifi worked, breakfast was pretty standard for Argentina - not as generous as in the UK but very welcome all the same!
