Good stay, easy and convinient to access the hotel, just a min walk across the station. Room service is good, nice pub with great tap beer. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would come back again for sure. It's in queens road and very close to the golden temple too (10 min by road) ...approach to the airport is also pretty straight. So no hassles of traffic at all. Good breakfast. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it...

Excellant accommodation peaceful and quite with lovely garden view. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good and good bar. Especially breakfast in the waranda with exotic plants and lawn .Value for money
I recommend this estate/hotel .
My brother and friends all thoroughly enjoyed the stay after visiting Golden Temple. Planning next visit soon

Always nice to come to grand hotel. Love the place of its peaceful environment and openness. Guests who like old properties with rooms overlooking the garden will love this place. Lots of space to move around. One can relax and enjoy the beer. Nice food and pleasant and helpful. Will certainly recommend this hotel to all.

Had visited with friends and was happy to come here. Staff looked after us and we hired a taxi to the border & back. They showed us mata temple free of cost. Later we had beer and food. Beer was reasonable and the best ive had so far. Would recommend chicken chops was nice. Best part of this hotel is the garden & peace full surroundings. Location, was very practical, close to railway station. Overall a good experience. Will visit again.

Disappointingly rude -- especially for something so highly recommended in Lonely Planet. We arrived via bicycle (we are touring India on two wheels) and they had no rooms. We asked for wifi to locate a different option. Then they basically told us to leave. Not recommended.
