We were booked into this hotel by friends and we arrived very late and tired. We had a double room with an extra bed for a third person.
It was room number 260.
Positive: it was very clean room. No sign of dust. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was excellent in the sink and tap was high enough to wash my hair in it. The linen and towels were very clean.
Negatives: electric was turned off at some point in the night which meant the ceiling fan stopped, charging stopped and if their had been Mosquitos that might have been problematic too, the main switch is just outside the room and so this could pose a security problem...
the internet connection was very weak. The shower was a bit weak but the tap made up for it. There were some small black ants in the room. We only got 1 small bottle of water but when we asked they bought us more.
The price we paid was way too high for what it was - we paid 5,600 rupeesfor 1 night. I would say if it was 2,000 it would be more appropriate price point for this level of hotel. There is a lot of competition in Agra so I'm sure we could have gotten a better deal - which we indeed did the following night at the Crystal Sarovar Premiere which is a 5 star luxury hotel and we paid less (4,600).

I stayed in this hotel long time back but now its is very much different.. they have upgraded the hotel.. food is good, services improved, friendly people.. rooms are spacious with all modern amenities.. would like to stay again..

Nicely renovated hotel which gives you a feel of a resort.. little away from city hustle and bustle.. garden view rooms are good..staff is friendly and food is good.value for money ,would stay only in this hotel if again visiting agra.

The hotel is newly renovated with all the facilities. The staff is friendly and welcoming,food is good. It was overall a good experience.Would definitely recommend this hotel for a good experience.😀😀

We wanted to spend 4 hours in the restaurant until our train. We ordered a coke and chatted in the completely empty dining hall. After an hour just when we were about to consider ordering something, he asked about our plans. When he heard that we had wanted to spend 4 hours there, he said that only 2 hours allowed to stay there. We left.
