We visit every year and it never disappoints! Always a good service and delicious food for a really good price! In the center of Barbastro, in the middle of the plaza mayor. For a three-course menu, you pay around €20. Price/quality very interesting!

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Barbastro. It is a charming little city with great scenery and local attractions, including some spectacular scenery and the wineries of the Somontano. The hotel is associated with the amazing Sommos Bodega, which is a must to visit - the tour and tasting lunch are excellent. The hotel has a great restaurant and Menu del Diario and also has the Cantina de Mercado, which serves excellent tapas / montaditos and wine - try to 3€ Offertas. Altogether, somewhere we will return to with its beautiful Pyrenees backdrop and the Sierra del Guara national park.

We chose to stay in Barbastro as it was the right distance from home rather than having any attraction. The hotel is tricky to find by car as the frontage is onto a pedestrian square, so follow the yellow street signs and it will take you to the garage entrance.
Once you are parked and up to reception, the service is great and the rooms spacious. You're right in the middle of town so well placed to explore on foot.
We ate a light dinner in the cafeteria as the hotel dining room did not open until 9pm, and there was lots of activity in the cafe. The dining room is lovely and used for the excellent buffet breakfast.
Only criticism we had was that the huge bed was so very hard that we neither of us had a good night.
Not sure I would stay in this town again, Alquezar is much nicer and not much further, but if I did I would use this hotel again.

We were lucky enough to book the suite with the private terrace looking down on to the ancient market place. The room was perfect. Massive bed, big whirlpool bath, spacious room, spa gown and slippers. The terrace was ideal and would be great in the summer too. The restaurant opened specifically for the 2 of us even though it was the 6 th of January following Kings night. Food was good quality but a little pricey. Service was exceptional! A very handy adjoining cafe bar which seemed very popular. We will find it difficult to book a better room than this one anywhere.

This hotel is located at city center, and it is very comfortable and has all the amenities you would want in Barbastro. Modern room, great breakfast, good beds and air conditioning. The parking is a little hard to find. What we did was to park the car over by the river, walk a couple of blocks to the hotel (using Google maps) and ask the person behind the desk. He has printed maps and can draw your route. Google maps gets a bit tricky in the middle of town because of the narrow streets/shadowing buildings problem that blocks GPS intermittently. Very pleasant staff. In the restaurant, there is not a menu in the English language, nor did the waiter speak English, but perhaps that's my problem for not knowing Spanish.
